We found 20 monarch caterpillars in the backyard.
To protect them from the hungry birds we have made a nursery out of a ten gallon fish tank. Our milkweed plants should provide enough for these hungry little guys to eat. Each day we'll check for new babies and here's one of the freshly "hatched".
